Welcome to the Children’s Bookshow 2008!

This year our theme will be picture books and we shall be bringing the best writers and illustrators from the UK and abroad to theatre venues around the country. The writers will include Michael Rosen, Anushka Ravishankar and storyteller Daniel Morden amongst others.

There will be brilliant performances in every town and city, so if you'd like to see what we have for you, just click on dates and venues , or on meet the authors for detailed biographies of the writers. Alongside the tour is a series of 40 free schools workshops this year in primary
schools in Bexhill, London, Bristol, Manchester, Oxford, Newcastle, Liverpool,
and Ilkley so if you’re a teacher and would like a writer to come into your school,
